WHAT IS COACHING?
"WHEN I THINK ABOUT THE TIMES I'VE MADE THE MOST RAPID PROGRESS IN MY LIFE, IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN WHEN I WAS WORKING WITH A COACH."
Coaching provides personal guidance, training, and tools which challenge you to rethink what is possible in your life and gain access to your personal best. This could be in any area, including relationships, business, personal dreams, career, health, finances, body, identity, sexuality and sensuality, or overall life questions.
Ontological coaching is a powerful methodology for causing change in individuals, teams, and organizations. It is highly effective because it is based on a deep, grounded, and practical understanding of language, moods, and conversations for behavioral and cultural transformation.
My job as an ontological coach is to understand the client’s structure of interpretation, then in partnership, alter this structure so the actions that follow bring about intended outcomes.
The role of an ontological coach is not to tell people how to be or behave, but to assist, identify, and actualize what it is they desire. It is about enabling others to better serve themselves, expand their possibilities, increase their capacity to learn, act more effectively, and better design their future. There is artistry and deep learning in the ontological approach.
WHAT IS A COACH?
A coach is a non-playing member of your team who is stationed outside of the arena, providing feedback and signaling helpful instructions to help you, the protagonist, unleash your full potential! Similar to an an Olympic athlete, you have a coach to reach what seems unattainable.
WHAT IS IT LIKE BEING COACHED?
The International Coaching Federation describes coaching as the act of partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Coaching takes place within an agreement designed to break through what is normal or predictable for you. Coaching provides access to that which is unpredictable, unknown, and unlike your past experiences.
Coaching works for people who are interested in a transformation in a particular area of their life—a once-and-for-all shift that alters who they are now and in the future. They are able to see and to take action from a new and powerful place in life. They are able to attain and keep what they really want.
"ONTOLOGICAL COACHING STRENGTHENS AND EMBLAZONS THE HUMAN SOUL."
